About the Event
Esophageal cancer is one of the deadliest cancers but it doesn’t have to be.
The reason it’s so dangerous is simple: it’s often detected late.
Chronic heartburn (GERD) can cause damage to the lining of the esophagus, leading to a condition called Barrett’s esophagus — a precancerous change that has no symptoms. Many people don’t even know they have it. Barrett’s esophagus significantly increases the risk of developing esophageal adenocarcinoma, a highly aggressive cancer.
That’s why early detection matters.
On April 10th, Physicals Plus is offering in-office ESOguard® Esophageal DNA Testing a non-invasive test that identifies precancerous cellular changes so you can take action early.
